The Return of Powder Highlighters?
Best known for its eyebrow products, Anastasia Beverly Hills recently released a new powder highlighter — Glow Seeker.
A shimmering champagne gold that gives you that lit-from-within-glow, its color payoff, weightless feel, intensity, and wear time make it an instant *must-add to your Sephora cart*.
In the beauty industry, every brand has been on the cream product wavelength this year. By launching this powder highlighter, ABH is giving a nod to 2015. Which we love!!
Consumers responded enthusiastically to the launch on social further proving that the demand for powder products lives on.
In terms of Glow Seeker’s launch, ABH relied heavily on organic social promo. Major props to their social team. They are putting in the work!
Norvina, ABH’s president, also shared behind the scenes of Glow Seeker’s shoot, which they shot by a shimmering pool, highlighting (pun intended) that summer-long glow that Glow Seeker delivers.
On ABH’s part, it was a smart move to launch right before the holiday season and the Sephora sale.
With 6M+ views on TikTok already, many consumers on the platform are sharing that it seems like a re-release or similar formulation as AmRezy, a limited-edition highlighter the brand released for Valentine’s in 2018.
It’s also interesting that the brand released only one shade. Is it truly universal? Does it work for all skin tones? We’re curious.
If you’d like to test out this illuminating powder, we recommend you pick it up during the Sephora sale that’s running as we speak.
