Gisou's Honey-Infused Summer Hues


Line expansions aren't always the most enticing launches to cover, but this one was just too delicious not to pay tribute to at Beauty Brief HQ. Gisou's Honey-Infused Lip Oils are now available in (3) brand new "sun-soaked" options.


Retailing at $28 each (or available as a trio for $73.92), the fruit-centric drop features:

  • Glazed Plum

  • Bee-llini Peach

  • Raspberry Swirl

Key Ingredients:

  • Mirsalehi Honey: Attracts & Retains Moisture

  • Mirsalehi Bee Garden Oils: Rich, Antioxidant Powerhouse Oils

  • Hyaluronic Acid: Delivers Added Hydration & Plumps


These lip oils are marketed as being "intensely hydrating" and have been formulated with primarily natural ingredients. The most important part (and why consumers love them so much) is that despite delivering high impact shine, they don't leave a sticky finish like traditional lip glosses.



If you're going to go to market with something that technically already exists, your launch campaign is going to have to pack some major punch in 2025. It's competitive AF out there. We can only describe Gisou's as being completely luscious. The fruit-inspired beauty trend continues to go strong with the brand's new visuals, but we also get an additional storyline that is giving major Hot Girl Summer energy.


From chic cocktails with the lip oils standing in for drink stirrers to backlit models and neon lights, the campaign imagery makes us want to go OUT.



Let's chat about lips though because that's the focal point after all...


We personally are not sure if we've ever seen lips look this good before? How can you not want to immediately apply that oil to your own mouth? I mean, come on. We'll have one of everything.


Gisou knows exactly what its working with and capitalizes on that with tons of supplemental texture shots, close up videos for added movement, and all the swatches we could ask for. There's mood boards, creator reviews, and honestly just an entire feed full of delightfully sexy imagery that still caters fully to the female gaze.



The only thing missing is some IRL activations that bring the launch to the masses in realistic settings. Community building initiatives and human interaction has continued to be on the rise and as much as we appreciate the brand founder Negin's stunning face, we'd love a moment for the real Gisou girls to have their fun.


There's still time to see what plays out. This launch is still new.
