The powdery texture, while non-irritating, was definitely a strange change in texture when it comes to our usual dermaplanning routines, which typically include a facial oil for added glide and slip. We didn't HATE the powder, it was just a different sensation than we've been used to historically and we have nothing but positive things to say about it's ability to help you not miss a spot.
