Tomorrow-Today Beauty is Proof That IRL Still Wins

One blue booth in New York City says a lot about where beauty is headed.

I was walking through a trade show in New York when something blue caught my eye.

A blue booth to be specific, with a founder dressed to match, smiling, talking, and fully in it with everyone around her.

In a sea of brands all trying to push product, it felt… intentional and modern.

That’s how I discovered Tomorrow-Today Beauty and met its founder, Indianna Roehrich. And honestly, the whole moment felt like a reflection of the brand itself—thoughtful, and very aware of how people actually experience things IRL.

What stood out to me right away is how practical the line is, yet still aspirational. It’s just three products, all designed around one idea: your skin is dealing with more than just sun exposure now.

We’re talking screens, blue light, constant low-level stress on your skin barrier—the stuff we don’t always think about, but probably should.

As Indi put it, “Constant exposure to blue light (HEV) can quietly accelerate skin aging over time, contributing to redness, inflammation, hyperpigmentation, acne, and a weakened skin barrier. It’s not about fear, but awareness: modern skin needs modern protection.”

Let me walk you through it.

The Tech Protect™ Serum is your daily shield. It goes on as a super lightweight, slightly glowy layer under moisturizer and makeup and is meant for your face, neck, even your hands (basically anywhere that’s constantly exposed to screens).

The Hydration Hero Balm is my personal favorite, especially for travel. It hydrates, plumps, smooths, and protects without you having to touch anything. It honestly gives that same effect as slugging, but in a way that feels way more wearable during the day.

And the From Future Eye Gel Serum is super cooling, de-puffing, and designed to target that tired, screen-heavy look we all get. The metal roller alone makes it feel like a mini ritual.

And if you’re only getting one thing, Indi didn’t hesitate:

“Hydration Hero Balm. It’s the ultimate multitasker, instantly hydrating, plumping, and firming the skin while supporting the barrier. It fits seamlessly into real life and delivers results you can see and feel from the first use.”

Everything comes back to protection and repair. Not just fixing damage, but staying ahead of it. Even the packaging, from the color to the applicators, feels considered and elevated without trying too hard.

And there’s real depth behind the formulas.

“Our formulas are developed and manufactured in Australia and Korea, working with world-class chemists who specialize in advanced skin science,” Indi told me. “We focus on clinically backed, biotech-driven ingredients that protect, repair, and future-proof the skin against modern environmental stressors.”

She also shared that growing up on an Australian flower farm shaped everything. That’s where the brand’s hero ingredient comes in:

“Soliberine® is a powerful phyto-bioactive derived from the resilient Buddleja officinalis flower… it shields against UV, infrared, and high-energy visible (HEV) blue light from digital screens.”

It’s that balance of biotech and botanical that makes the line feel both grounded and forward-thinking.

Even the name reflects that bigger idea. “What you do for your skin today shapes how it looks and functions tomorrow,” Indi shares.

But what stuck with me the most wasn’t just the products. It was how Indi is choosing to grow the brand.

She’s not hiding behind a million paid ads. She’s out there in person. Talking to everyone she can get a hold of in New York City. And letting them experience the product on the spot.

And for a concept like this, that matters. Because blue light skincare isn’t something people fully get yet. It’s not as obvious as SPF. It takes a little explaining and trust. And that’s exactly what in-person creates.

Watching her talk people through the line, it didn’t feel like she was selling. It felt like she was letting people in on something and sharing her creation.

And in such a digital-first world, that kind of real-life connection goes a long way in building connection.

Looking ahead, Indi’s vision is clear: “Blue-light protection and repair shouldn’t be optional; it should be standard. Skincare needs to evolve alongside our lifestyles.”

And long-term? “Everywhere, thoughtfully. I want Tomorrow-Today Beauty to be a daily essential for modern skin, globally recognized for protecting and repairing skin in the digital age,” Indi says.

There’s something happening here.

While so many brands are doubling down on digital, Tomorrow-Today Beauty is a reminder that being physically present still matters, especially when you’re introducing a new way of thinking about skincare.

And sometimes, that starts with a blue booth, a face-to-face conversation, and a few products you can actually see and feel in your hands.
